File export example

Merido recognises this format automatically, so there's nothing you need to configure. Import the file as it downloads, without opening or editing it first.
Troubleshooting
All you can see are PDF statements
The monthly statements list only makes PDFs. The CSV lives behind the calendar icon at the top right. Select it and choose CSV file under Create a custom statement.
Transactions older than 90 days are missing
Chase only exports the last 90 days, however you set the range. History older than that can't be exported from the app.
Other Chase download options
The custom statement can also be a PDF file, and the monthly statements list makes a PDF for any month. For getting your transaction history into Merido, CSV file is the one to pick.
This guide has no browser steps because Chase has no online banking. The export happens in the app on your phone.
These steps were checked in the iPhone app on a current account. The Android app hasn’t been checked, so some labels may differ there, particularly the sharing step at the end.
